Public project information

These pages reproduce selected public HUD condominium-project fields. They do not list residents, borrowers or private contact details.

Waitlist information

If you submit the form, we store your email address, selected role, project-count range, optional city, selected planned price, consent and submission timestamps. We use these to evaluate interest and contact you about this proposed service if it proceeds. We do not sell your details, take payment, or activate alerts. Your email is not shown publicly.

Information is held in a private Cloudflare KV store accessible to the operator. An email-derived hash groups repeated submissions; the email itself is retained so we can contact you. Repeating a submission does not overwrite your first selections. Use the contact form to request changes. We label test submissions and assess business-email and role eligibility to measure this test; those labels do not prevent a genuine person from joining.

Contact and removal requests

The private contact form stores your email, request type, optional page path, message, consent, submission time and test-exclusion flag. Contact records are kept separately from waitlist entries and never count as signups or price interest. Identical submissions are grouped using a hash of their submitted fields. The form does not automatically alter or delete any record or send a message.

Technical data

Our application does not store IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrers or browsing profiles. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process connection data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure it. If enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics supplies aggregate visit measurements. We use no advertising pixels or application tracking cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

We retain waitlist details for at most 180 days from the first submission, and contact requests for at most 90 days from submission. You may request correction or deletion at any time through the contact and removal form. For waitlist removal, enter the email used to join. We check the request queue weekly and handle requests within 10 business days. We may need to confirm details before changing or removing a record. No messages are sent automatically by this test.
